Welcome! I'm Kristina Lingo, a Rehoboth Beach native and award-winning real estate agent. Born and raised here, I graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and earned my business degree from Fairfield University as a softball Academic All-American.
I've been in real estate since 2012, starting with Jack Lingo's Rehoboth Beach rental department and becoming its manager in 2020. That rental experience gives me unique insight into investment properties and what makes a home work for both owners and guests.
My community involvement runs deep. I served six years on the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Community Service Foundation board, received SCAOR's 2018 Good Neighbor Award, and earned the 2023 Alma Ashley Rental Award. I currently volunteer and serve on the Sussex County YMCA board.

My husband Richard and I welcomed our son Grayson in 2023. Along with our dog Brody, we love exploring the coastal town we call home. Living here isn't just my job—it's my life. That local knowledge matters when you're making one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make.
